The team are regularly involved in high profile cross border cases, acting for an impressive list of international and local clients in relation to all aspects of the restructuring and winding up of companies, investment funds, SIV’s, structured finance entities and limited partnerships.

Top tier commercial litigation associates with significant insolvency experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
