Reporting to the Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking all aspects of repairs and maintenance work (based on your skill set) to meet quality standards.
- Assessing work requirements upon arriving at the site.
- Communicating with the Call Centre accurately and promptly via telephone to receive job details and update service co-ordinators on work undertaken and requirements.
- Working Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A full, clean driving license.
- Previous experience in social housing, contracts, or domestic repairs.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
