Bank Health Care Assistant (Theatres) | Springfield Hospital | Bank Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our busy Theatre.We welcome applications from highly motivated, enthusiastic Health Care Assistantswho are committed to providing excellent customer service. Good communication skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business are essential. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is also required.

The Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and be flexible with their work patterns. The role will be varied with the successful candidate working closely with the Registered Nurses and consultants, to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients.

Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.

What you’ll bring with you

• NVQ level 2 or prepared to train to this level
• Must have previous theater experience
• A warm, considerate and empathetic character
• The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Theatre experience
• A flexible and positive attitude
