The Role

Our Junior Leasing Managers are the ultimate Kitt brand ambassadors. As a point of contact for our prospective tenants and their agents, you'll work to let fully managed and fitted spaces. The role goes beyond pure office leasing, as you will collaborate with our internal operations and delivery teams to build bespoke packages that meet our tenants' unique business needs.

You will:

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with brokers, ensuring Kitt is consistently top of mind as their preferred managed office partner.
  • Champion our buildings within your assigned patch by actively promoting them through your network, and respond promptly to inbound enquiries.
  • Conduct tenant viewings with business leaders ranging from HR managers to CEOs.
  • Partner with internal teams to create and present detailed, customised proposals with information such as floor plans and projected costs.
  • Conduct deal negotiations with the assistance of senior members in the team for our landlord and disposal agent partners with prospective tenants and their agents.
  • Agree Lease and Management Services Agreement Heads of Terms by all parties with the assistance of senior members of the team, before handing over to the Real Estate Advisory team to complete the legal and programme management to move in.
  • Keep our CRM, HubSpot, up to date with accurate deal and activity data to ensure visibility across the business and support forecasting.
  • Work alongside senior team members to advise landlords on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for their buildings.
  • Stay on top of market availability, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioning.

About You

  • You're target-driven and always looking to exceed expectations.
  • You're a natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly, both internally and externally.
  • You're organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy and changing environment.
  • You're always looking for ways to grow your knowledge and skillset, and you're open to feedback.
  • You can read between the lines and synthesise information coming from multiple sources into accessible and digestible updates.
  • You demonstrate a resilient and a positive mindset, maintaining momentum in the face of setbacks.
  • You're able to conduct a consultative sales approach and are comfortable with a 2-5 month sales cycle.

Why Kitt?

The world of work has shifted forever. As people everywhere prioritise purpose over their paychecks, company culture has been thrown into the spotlight. Part of the problem is that too many companies are showing up to work in bland, cookie-cutter offices. We're changing this.

Real company culture can only be built in person, in the real world - and for it to be authentic, it needs its own personalised space. That's why we create offices as unique as the brands and the people who work there. We're long-term culture partners to our clients long after they've signed the lease and chosen the paint colours.

We're disrupting an industry that has long needed a shake-up, and landlords are becoming increasingly aware of this. To let their spaces, they need to partner with a company that can offer hassle-free, flexible, and all-inclusive products. By partnering with Kitt, they can reach these new markets and serve the needs of these businesses.

Interview Process

  • One way video interview.
  • In-person task-based interview with Poppy Barker (Revenue Lead) and Lizzie Burstow (Head of People).
  • Final interview with Lucy Minton (COO and Co-Founder).

We'll Kitt you out:

  • Generous stock option scheme.
  • Starting salary of £37,000 - £50,000 plus commission.
  • 28 days holidays a year plus Bank Holidays.
  • Parental leave: up to 12 weeks paid parental leave for the primary caregiver.
  • Pregnancy loss support leave.
  • Regular socials. We love a good party.
  • Free weekly lunch, bi-weekly breakfast and daily snacks.
  • Team socials on a Thursday.
