Job Purpose: To guarantee customers an excellent level of service while ensuring the highest sales for the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving the store\’s financial targets.
- Identify and quantify the potential from each customer to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer.
- Ensure the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures for the benefit of customers and staff.
- Comply consistently with all company procedures.
