We are looking for a Back of House Shift Leader who has the drive to grow with us and share in our success.

You will work alongside the Restaurant Management team, delivering exceptional food quality and guest care. Your responsibilities include working to brand standards, leading your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

• Ensure store operational requirements by following brand standards, scheduling, and assigning employees

• Understanding of stock management, GP% figures, and controls
• Achieve high guest satisfaction through quality products
• Work to brand standards for food and operations, prioritizing the guest experience
• Effective communication with team members
• Support development of team members through guidance, training, and coaching
• Welcome new team members
• Help team members develop skills and knowledge for delivering exceptional service
• Demonstrate operational standards that positively impact overall store operations

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Maintain appropriate portion control and monitor food levels
• Experience with high-volume trading is preferred
• Provide training and cross-training to promote growth and productivity
• Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
• Thoroughly clean equipment as per guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Demonstrate understanding of the menu
• Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils
• Complete daily paperwork according to brand standards
• Understand and articulate food with integrity
• Manage P&L, budgets, and payroll
• Manage stock levels and availability
• Control costs to ensure profitability
