Thanks to over 16 years of experience with joint logistics, warehousing and sales we provide synergies and economies of scale to both manufacturers and customers.

Currently we are seeking:

Customer Service Specialist – UK

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service to both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Monitor and update the status of open orders, ensuring customers are informed at every step.
  • Process sales invoices and issue credit notes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the return process, ensuring timely and smooth resolutions.
  • Proactively address delayed deliveries, working to provide effective and timely solutions.
  • Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain data accuracy.
  • Coordinate transportation claims and collaborate with courier companies to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the supervisor to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Native-level fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
