We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent trade skills to join our established team. Reporting to our Area Manager – Repairs, the Multi Trade Operative will be an integral part of our Property Care Team, delivering high-quality, efficient damp and mould services to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
- Conducting routine inspections to identify and address potential issues early.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of work and materials used.
Candidate requirements:
- City and Guilds Craft or NVQ level 2 in a relevant trade, or substantial relevant experience.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to deliver quality work on time.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload.
- A valid driving license.
This hands-on role requires effective communication skills and empathy to understand our customers\’ diverse needs. You will work in the communities we serve, often with minimal supervision, and as part of a flexible team.
