Pay Range

Base pay: £32,000 – £32,000 plus uncapped bonus scheme & tronc.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager and drive peak performance across the venue. Deliver an unforgettable guest experience, motivate and develop a diverse team, and ensure every area of the bar and floor hits peak performance.

Requirements include proven high‑volume shift experience, strong relationship building and leadership in a dynamic, inclusive, and fun work environment.
