Want to be part of a leading global FMCG manufacturer ? As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be working in the customer service team and being the main point of call for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.
The role:
- First point of call for customers and suppliers
- Processing customer orders
- Managing as prices queries or orders delays
- Placing supplier purchase order on our ERP system
- Maintaining stock levels
- Working closely with 3PLs and hauliers
About you:
- Proven background in Customer Service or Order Processing
- Previous experience using SAP ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
