Utilization Coordinator

The Utilization Coordinator(Homecare) Responsibilities Include

• Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness.
• Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues.
• One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month.

Position Details

• Location: Hybrid – Largo, FL
• Status: PRN, As Needed
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: Occasional
• On Call: No

Certifications And Licensures

• Required RN License – Florida
• Preferred Case Management Certification

Education

• Required associate’s degree in nursing or nursing diploma

Experience

• Required
• One Year Case Management
