Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 – $75,000 per year!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 – $75,000 Annually

  • $0.53 – $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days – 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – paid in first 180 days!

  • Week 1 = $1,500

  • Week 2 = $1,200

  • 120 Days = $2,300

  • 180 Days = $5,000

  • Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver’s domicile)

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours!

HOW DO WE KNOW? Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our driver\’s home time to ensure them a better quality of life and the time they deserve with their family!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay – $.53 CPM starting base pay

• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) – $.54 CPM starting base pay

• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) – $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
