In our Professional Support Service, you\’ll play a vital role supporting Children’s Services on an administrative basis, contributing significantly to positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. What is the job role?

Join us at an exciting time and be part of the Professional Support Service’s journey. We work with colleagues across Children’s Services to contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families across the City.

We have a 18.5 hours per week, permanent part-time position available with our Professional Support Team, based on the 1st Floor, Moat House Leisure Centre.

This role will be based at our Wood End Children\’s Social Care Office. It is a fast-paced, energetic, and exciting environment where you will be part of a close-knit team ensuring the child\’s journey within Children’s Services is optimal.

You will work closely with peers, staff, and managers, handling emails, minuting meetings, updating case management systems, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.

If you have extensive administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, then this role is for you!

You will promote a positive working culture where children are at the heart of everything we do.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.

This position is open to all applicants; however, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK for at least 2 years.
