Social Worker - Childrens (Grade )

Overview

We are looking for 3 agency social workers to join our social worker in schools project. This is a government funded project with funding until 31/08/22. The project sees 8 social workers based in 8 of our local secondary schools – due to staff moving into other roles in the local authority we have an exciting opportunity for 3 new social workers to join us.

Responsibilities

• Social workers will have a capped caseload of no more than 17 children.
• Work with families being supported under CIN and CP plans predominantly.
• Provide safeguarding support and advice to the allocated school.
• Carry out early intervention work as part of the project.
