What You\\\’ll Be Doing

• Tackling repairs with the confidence of someone who\\\’s wrestled with Victorian plumbing and won.
• Keeping our facilities safe, functional, and fabulous — from rooftop to basement.
• Supporting planned maintenance and emergency fixes (because pipes don\\\’t care if it\\\’s Pride weekend).
• Working with contractors and suppliers like a true Brighton local — friendly, firm, and fluent in \”just popping round.\”
• Being the unsung hero behind every guest\\\’s perfect stay.

What We\\\’re Looking For

• Maintenance/handyperson experience (hotel or hospitality a plus).
• Know your way around tools, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
• Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Can spot a wonky shelf from 20 paces and fix it before anyone else notices.
• Appreciate a good sea breeze and don’t mind the occasional glitter explosion.
