Are you hands-on, practical, and experienced with CNC machinery? We\’re looking for askilled workshop operativeto join a creative, fast-paced team producing high-quality items forshops, museums, and garden centres.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operatingmodern CNC machines, includingprogramming and setting up

• Using andmaintaining edge banders

• Working with saws and general woodworking machinery

• Planning andscheduling work, itemising parts and materials

• Assisting in production of displays, furniture, and bespoke builds

What We’re Looking For:

• CNC experience (not just operation – programming too)

• Confident with modern workshop tools

• Comfortable maintaining equipment (especially edge banders)

• Organised and able to plan jobs from start to finish

• Reliable, proactive, and a good team player
