Financial Compliance Director

As the Financial Compliance Director , you’ll lead the delivery of accurate financial results, oversee a strong control environment, and drive continuous improvement within the Group Finance function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be a trusted partner, providing insightful reporting and technical expertise. It is essential that you are a chartered accountant and preference will be given to anyone coming from a strong external audit background Benefits £90k – £100k base salary Annual bonus Private medical Company pension Hybrid working Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end group consolidation and reporting processes. Deliver high-quality monthly and year-end accounts. Conduct reconciliations and analytical financial reviews. Provide insightful reports and recommendations to leadership. Lead technical accounting, audit, and policy compliance. Drive system and process improvement initiatives. Strengthen controls and mentor global finance teams. What We’re Looking For: ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualified experience. Strong technical accounting and external audit knowledge.
