Oakleaf Partnership is representing an international Financial Services company known for its employee-centric culture. We are seeking an interim HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior management, providing strategic advice on:
- Organizational design
- TUPE transfers
- Employee consultations
- Communications
- Change management
- Employee relations
The role also involves developing or amending policies relevant to the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement a People Plan aligned with business and project strategies
- Designing TUPE strategies and post-project organizational structures
- Identifying at-risk employees, developing retention strategies, and facilitating smooth transitions
- Conducting skills gap analyses and creating upskilling plans
- Managing employee relations specific to the project, supporting reward strategies including salary benchmarking, and proactively mitigating risks
Requirements:
- Extensive HR Business Partner experience within a matrixed Financial Services environment
- Proven track record in HR partnering, with strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- High IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel
- Experience with change management, TUPE transfers, and restructures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and influence across various business areas and management levels
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and some knowledge of employment law across EMEA
- Motivated self-starter with adaptability to different business needs
