Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator based at our East Midlands Gateway to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role’s shifts are based on Nights (Monday to Friday).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing our customers daily volumes.
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential.
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
