We are excited to announce a vacancy within our Trading Support team for a Promotions Assistant.

This role involves facilitating and administering promotional activities to meet our Trading Brief objectives, enhance consumer and retailer offerings, and drive sales and margins.

You will ensure promotional planning and data inputs are completed accurately and on time, following documented processes and schedules.

• Preparing complete promotion master sheets before extraction.
• Supporting the Promotions Co-Ordinator with data preparation for meetings.
• Following up on and closing out promotion meeting actions.
• Running validation reports to identify and resolve setup issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing amendments for Retail fascia brands and ensuring correct communications and data accuracy.
• Performing SAP keying and data validation for specific promotions.
• Proofreading marketing outputs and managing ad placements and corrections.
• Extracting data for Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and SAP processes.
• Addressing data issues in collaboration with other functions.
• Developing and maintaining promotion processes and systems for continuous improvement.
• Conducting weekly price comparison checks.
• Planning and completing support and validation activities for promotions and related activities.
• Handling ad hoc departmental queries.
• Ensuring SKU readiness before retailer buy-in.
• Supporting the team with additional activities outside of promotions, such as seasonal pre-sell and projects.
