Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care with the same clients and consistent hours each week. Options include short visits traveling from home to home or longer 12‑hour shifts in one location, with a variety of options to suit your lifestyle.
• Deliver compassionate care to help clients live independently and with dignity, including companionship, personal care, medication administration, and more, guided by personalised care plans.
• Tailor client matching to align with your skills and passions, including support for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, children, or older adults.
• Paid industry‑leading training (Nurseplus covers the training costs to support your development).
