Import Airfreight Clerk/Administrator is required to join this medium-sized agent.

Ideal candidate:

  • Basic understanding of the operation
  • Experience in Imports or ETSE environment
  • 1-2 years plus preferred but open to training

Salary: £28k-£30k

Holiday allowance: 20 days per annum (+ Bank Holidays)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (may adjust start time by 30 mins if needed)

Brief duties:

  • Day-to-day management of ETSF Warehouse admin
  • Creating and managing records
  • Re-naming freight
  • Releasing/discharging freight
  • Reviewing bond checks
  • Liaising with Customs
  • Customer liaison
  • Potential customer visits with sales
  • Billing import files
  • Managing import emails
  • Assisting with and resolving queries
  • Chasing warehouse
  • Quoting and filing
