We’re currently looking for an experienced Lead Lifeboat Service Technician to join our offshore service team based in Findon. Key responsibilities for the Lead Lifeboat Service Technician role include but are not limited to:

• Perform inspections, servicing, installation, and emergency repairs of lifeboats and launching systems
• Represent Survitec in the field, providing expert technical support and customer service
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Work closely with the Service Operations Manager on scheduling and manpower planning

About You

Essential criteria:

• Proven hands-on experience with lifeboat systems and launching equipment
• Previous lead or supervisory experience (formal management not required)
• Technically proficient in at least one service line, with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong planning, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities
• Holds or willing to obtain Rope Access certification
• Valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel
