Role summary: This role sits within CLCS, a product group of LES, a business division within MEU-UK. The role supports commercial product sales which covers a very broad range of customers, from large corporate commercial sites, production facilities, data centres to small offices.
Skills/Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Gain practical knowledge and experience through working alongside our qualified engineers
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Respond to breakdown calls
- Carry out minor repairs and equipment upgrades
- Actively support initiative to reduce the number of customer Call Back Service requests through improvements in equipment reliability
- Support improvement and efficiency initiatives for the service department and wider organisation
- Complete all site visit reports in a timely manner
- Any other reasonable duties as instructed by the Service Operations team
