About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a social worker for Birmingham's Assessment and Short-Term Intervention (ASTI) team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex caseloads assigned by a Team Manager
- Conducting Initial and Core Assessments
- Preparing Case Conference reports
- Writing Section 7 and Section 37 reports under the Children Act 1989
- Handling duty tasks such as initial referrals and facilitating supervised contacts
- Ensuring timely, accurate documentation
The role requires strong analytical, communication, and safeguarding skills to support vulnerable individuals and families through person-centred interventions and multi-agency collaboration.
