Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: £30.57 – £33.30 per hour

About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a social worker for Birmingham's Assessment and Short-Term Intervention (ASTI) team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex caseloads assigned by a Team Manager
  • Conducting Initial and Core Assessments
  • Preparing Case Conference reports
  • Writing Section 7 and Section 37 reports under the Children Act 1989
  • Handling duty tasks such as initial referrals and facilitating supervised contacts
  • Ensuring timely, accurate documentation

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and safeguarding skills to support vulnerable individuals and families through person-centred interventions and multi-agency collaboration.
