The Opportunity

We are seeking an electrical professional eager to be trained as an Engineering Surveyor in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC). These professionals ensure safety and compliance, making a significant impact in their field.

This is a unique chance to join a world-leading organization, a top UK employer for nine consecutive years, which will invest over £50k in your development in the first few months. The role offers a clear career path with unlimited potential.

The package is impressive: a basic salary of £40k-£41k with overtime, a £4,250 car allowance, 12% pension, 25 days holiday, bonus, and world-class training. With overtime and allowances, you can easily earn over £50k.

It's All About You

We are open to candidates with a strong electrical background who are interested in building a career in testing & inspection as an engineering surveyor. Prior experience in TIC isn't mandatory, but some testing & inspection experience is required. We value the right personality and motivation to progress and are committed to your development, including training for certifications like ATEX & COMPEX, and potentially achieving chartered status through our partnership with the IET.

The Role

After training, you will test and inspect electrical equipment in various sectors such as manufacturing, quarries, power plants, marine, agriculture, and airports. The work is diverse, mainly industrial, commercial, and heavy industrial environments. As you gain more training, you'll take on more complex sites, with opportunities for further career advancement.
