The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual and their relatives' lives for a living you can imagine how rewarding that is. Here are the standardised type of duties our carers would be involved in day-to-day:

  • Make visits to clients in their own home using your own vehicle
  • Help Premier's clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
  • Help with personal care such as washing and showering
  • Cook and serve meals and drinks
  • Help with medications
  • Support with day to day living
  • Recording visits live with our digital care planning system

Requirements:

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • High Personal Values that match our own and your colleagues
  • A Professional approach to complete our training and ongoing training
