Are you interested in being part of the Sutherland Health and Social Care Integrated Team? If so this is the post for you. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North Sutherland Health and Social Care Team at Bettyhill. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative as well as provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. This is a permanent part-time post of 17.5 hours working 5.00pm to 10.00pm 4 days on, 4 days off or in line with service requirements.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). Informal enquiries regarding the post can be directed to Lesley Martin, Interim Care at Home Manager.
