We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role within a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements in skincare such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy the opportunity to build treatment plans incorporating these progressive options. Professionals can develop repeat business through our membership model. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be vital in creating an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment booking and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on the client. Ongoing education is provided through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-quality treatments
• Design and prescribe treatment plans aligned with clients\’ skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele via member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

• Strong record in retail and in-room upgrades
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
