Hours of Work and Salary:
- Morning shift: Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:30 or Monday 05:30-14:30, Tuesday - Thursday 06:00-14:30. £14.23 PER HOUR (up to £14.96 after 6 months)
- Afternoon shift: Monday 14:00 - 23:00, Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30, Friday 10:45AM - 15:45PM. £17.08 PER HOUR (up to £17.95 after 6 months)
- Night shift: Monday 21:15 - 06:30, Tuesday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30, Friday 17:30PM - 22:30PM. £18.07 PER HOUR (up to £19.00 after 6 months)
Responsibilities:
- Cover Powder coat process when required
- Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute)
- Change equipment as per standardised work requirements
- Rework rejected parts to high quality standards
- Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within Health & Safety requirements
- Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices
- Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems
- Knowledge of different paint types
- Knowledge of MSDS and COSHH systems
- Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters
- The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures
- Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude
- Effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation
- Willing to undertake training/learning as required
