Our client, based in Central Manchester, is currently looking for driven and enthusiastic sales and customer service representatives with full-time availability and fantastic communication skills to start immediately in their growing sales team due to their clients' high demand for new customers. Sales Representatives will be given full client training so you fully understand who you are representing, as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer, contributing directly to business development.

- As part of the initial onboarding process, you will be able to shadow an experienced sales team leader, who will show you the ropes and help you get started
- OTE of up to £30k within the first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission only earnings by hitting daily/weekly targets for this self-employed role
- A spirited and upbeat team setting that enjoys regular weekly socials
- To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience, supporting overall business development
- To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics, and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
- To speak with members of the public within residential campaigns face-to-face with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness, and produce sales on behalf of your client
- To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them for effective business development.
- Customer-facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful; no experience required
- Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability and contribute to business development
- No qualifications needed
- Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Manchester (5 days a week)
- Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
