Information about the role:
We welcome applications from substantive Police Constables to assist our Nominal Management team as a CT Nominal Management Manager (CTNM). This team has arisen through Project Semper, which has set out to deliver a number of changes to the ways in which the CT Policing network and its partners approach Nominal Management. The aim is to move away from being an activity that is carried out in different ways across the network, towards being a capability that is subject to a singular governance structure that delivers enhanced outcomes by adopting consistent and cohesive ways of working.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day overt active management of identified nominals within the region, in partnership with others. This means that you will ensure inter-departmental liaison and the management of tasking. You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources, in order to provide an effective service regionally and, where applicable, nationally.
Responsibilities: Please refer to the attached job description.
