Compensation

$20–23/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing and inventorying physical and digital legal records
  • Managing document transfers in iManage and Excel
  • Coordinating with internal teams and attorneys on incoming/outgoing data
  • Handling Dropbox file organization and document movement
  • Creating and updating client matter transfer folders
  • Generating monthly reports on financial and closing matters
  • Ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all records tasks
