Leasing Associate

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support leasing strategy through marketing, reporting, and space tours.
• Coordinate communications, events, signage, and broker relationships.
• Conduct lease analysis, negotiate LOIs, and manage lease documentation.
• Track leasing pipelines and assist in onboarding/closing out lease activity.
• Research and compile competitive market and trend reports.
• Maintain listings across platforms and update internal leasing reports.
• Represent the portfolio at trade shows and within professional networks.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-urgency environment.
• Experience managing shifting priorities and working cross-functionally.
