Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the complete audit process, ensuring compliance and meeting all necessary requirements.
• Lead full audit engagements, handle administrative tasks, and act as the main point of contact for senior-level interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive external audit experience and proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS. Excellent project management skills are required.
