About the Role:
You will play a vital role in safeguarding children, supporting families, and ensuring the best outcomes for vulnerable young people. Working in a multi-agency environment, you'll carry out assessments, manage a caseload, and develop care plans that reflect each child's unique needs and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
