Duties and responsibilities of the Claims Support Advisor:
  • Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs
  • Resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed
  • Accurately record the information
Experience and knowledge of the Claims Support Advisor:
  • A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite
  • Naturally empathetic to a variety of customer needs
  • High levels of resilience to ensure work is effective and efficient even in times of pressure
  • Proactive in your approach to all aspects of work
  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Great team player with the ability to contribute positively and support others in times of surge

IMPORTANT: We provide a comprehensive training and onboarding programme for all new staff. This programme is the start of a learning journey which involves regular coaching, feedback and skill development. Our investment in you allows you to grow and progress for the longer term.
