Red Recruitment Group is currently seeking a general warehouse maintenance handyperson to work within a warehouse and office environment.
Hours of Work:
- 08:00 Monday to Friday
- Plus every other Saturday at 08:00
This is a two-week temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities:
- General building maintenance within warehouse and office environments
- Dismantling and erecting racking and shelving in the warehouse
- Producing wooden inserts for racking storage
- Changing light bulbs and performing basic electrical maintenance as required
- Painting and decorating office areas as needed
- Assisting with general repairs and reporting to senior management
- Minor plumbing and decorating repairs/maintenance
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential, as you may need to travel to other internal depots
Salary:
- GBP 28,571.40 per year (GBP 12.21 per hour)
- OTE with overtime GBP 32,000+
- Overtime paid at time and a quarter over basic hours when permanent
- Payment is weekly during the temporary period and monthly when permanently employed.
