As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:
- Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget.
- Manage end to end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Develop and manage high performing diverse and dispersed teams.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work.
- Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Work closely with our clients to align their expectations with our delivery assumptions and plans.
- Develop and manage end to end delivery plans.
- Be comfortable in executing delivery across various methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Maintain your knowledge and experience of the latest technology trends and apply these in your day to day operations.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience of working within the Energy and Utilities Industry sector is essential.
- Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) along with effective management of the associated budgets.
- Experience of leading projects embracing the latest Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings such as Salesforce.
- Experience of using different delivery methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
- Understanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management.
- Strong communication skills with experience of working with Energy or Utilities clients and ideally with delivery teams located in different global locations such as India.
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources.

- Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with more than one supplier with multiple dependencies and work plans.
- Experience of leading projects embracing the latest Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings (Salesforce).
