Essential skills/experience:
- High level of computer literacy β SAP, MS Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence (required) β ability to go to other sites for holiday/sick cover β expenses paid
- Warehousing, goods in/out, flexible, methodical, and physically fit
- Conscientious, excellent attention to detail, self-motivated
Responsibilities:
- Day to day goods in/out, picking and kitting stock requirements, reconciling all paperwork, delivery notes, purchase orders and invoices
- Load/Unload vehicles of critical stock using FLT
- Attend and report requirements from daily and weekly planning meetings
- Compile reports
- Ensure accuracy checks are made with consideration of new Stock
- Capable to investigate stock discrepancies
- Prepare pallets of critical stock to be sent off site, safely and securely
- Supervise and assist the stock taking process to maintain accurate records of materials in all locations
- Understanding and adhering to current legislation, with health and safety in mind at all times
- Managing all calibration and inspection of tooling across site
- Input waste packaging data and liaise with Environmental department
- Communicating to the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and of a high standard
- Maintaining computer records / annual and rolling stock checks
- Supervising day-to-day functions of the storeβs facility, adapting to enhanced tasks when colleagues are absent from the business
