THE ROLE

We have a rare opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor 5 + PQE to join a well-established in-house legal department. As a member of a well regarded team, you will be expected to provide high quality, commercially focused legal advice to cover:

  • Dispute resolution
  • Public law
  • Statutory enforcement
  • Compliance/regulatory matters

This will include:

  • Advising upon and managing judicial review proceedings
  • Property litigation
  • Data protection legislation and best practice
  • Information law, including responses to Environmental Information Requests
  • Managing external lawyers
  • Preparing and providing training to stakeholders and the legal department
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting in-house role, you will have a solid dispute resolution background gained from a leading law firm or in house. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a broad ranging workload, undertaking new areas of law where required. You will have excellent technical and commercial skills, capable of delivering legal solutions in an efficient manner. The role offers hybrid work arrangements.
