We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team in Peterborough. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support end-to-end recruitment and play a vital role in building strong talent pipelines across key areas of the Bauer Media Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who’s passionate about talent, eager to grow, and ready to make a real impact on the hiring experience—from first outreach to final offer.
You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Team and hiring managers to coordinate hiring processes, source high-potential candidates, and deliver an outstanding experience to every applicant.

What you will do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Manage job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews across a range of roles. Support end-to-end hiring for entry to mid-level positions, ensuring accuracy, pace, and a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and leads on larger, more complex hiring projects.
- Sourcing & Talent Engagement: Use a variety of sourcing techniques to find and engage qualified candidates—LinkedIn, Boolean searches, talent pools, referrals, and social media. Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for frequently hired or high-demand roles. Track and engage candidates using ATS and CRM platforms to ensure a consistent outreach strategy.
What we are looking for
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or sourcing.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
- A passion for people, recruitment, and delivering a great candidate experience.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative, high-performing TA team.
