Location: Middleton Office
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
We have a vacancy for a full time Legal Secretary to work in our Probate Department at the Middleton office. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Probate department. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team will be provided.
Job role
- Providing secretarial assistance to a solicitor
- To arrange appointments and meetings
- Filing, scanning and photocopying
- Providing general day to day administration to the Probate department
- Diary management
- Telephone contact with clients
- Closing letters
- Bills and Cheques
Skills Required
- Experience in probate law at secretarial level
- Excellent typing ability, work processing and IT skills
- Must have good organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a team
