Pastoral Support Assistant – Required to start September 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4pm – Term Time Only – Monday to Friday with a half-hour unpaid break
Salary: Single Status Grade 6 Point 14, £25,993 (Actual pro-rated salary: £21,301 per annum)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support the behaviour and pastoral aspects of our school. Your role will include implementing our behaviour management policy, encouraging positive behaviours, and supporting the emotional and physical well-being of our community of 4-11 year olds. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work within a dynamic team supporting attendance, skill development, and safeguarding of our students.
