As a Marketing and BD team, we strive to be proactive specialists who anticipate and are ahead of trends. We have specialists covering business development, SEO, PR, market research, data analysis and digital marketing. Due to a continued positive performance across these disciplines, we require additional resource to help manage and engage with our inbound enquiries.
This is a hugely important role being the initial touch point for those enquiring about the services Price Bailey offers. It is the first opportunity we have to showcase our expertise and professionalism and it is imperative that during this interaction we build rapport and credibility.
As an Inbound Enquiry Coordinator you will have ownership of the following tasks:
- Allocating enquiries to the appropriate specialist, considering the prospect's requirements, sector, and locality; using senior team members for more complex enquiries as required.
- Coordinating meetings for fee earners with qualified enquiries, ensuring arrangements are handled accurately and considerately, and the appropriate evidence gained.
- Maintaining timely communication with clients and prospects throughout the introductory process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Providing regular feedback to colleagues on insights from inbound enquiries; trends, discussion topics, challenges and concerns.
- Supporting successful BD campaigns by efficiently and accurately enriching data using research and software platforms.
- Developing and maintaining strong internal and external networks to enhance client and prospect experience.

- Customer service or sales experience (minimum criteria).
- Experience in understanding a client/customers' requirements and formulating a solution (minimum criteria).
