We’re looking for motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills. Whether experienced or new to the sector, we’ll provide the necessary support and training, including on our new digital care system, to make your work easier and focus on resident care. You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Assisting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs
- Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care
- Supporting nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents’ families, friends, and healthcare professionals
