We are seeking Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to deliver outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Workington/Whitehaven and surrounding areas.

This role involves supporting individuals with needs such as:

Autism, challenging behaviors, and learning difficulties support
Clinical intervention
Peg feeds, tracheostomy care, clinical suction
Positive behavioral support
Social interaction and educational enrichment
Mental health support
Personal care and toileting
