Senior Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our team in our Central service (Galashiels, Jedburgh, Kelso).Senior Support Worker – £14.80 per hour (increasing to £15.05 per hour following successful completion of a probationary period) The ideal candidate will be dynamic with a strong value base , committed to promoting positive outcomes for the people we support, and possess the skills to support colleagues in the workplace . You should have a Level III qualification in Social Care or equivalent and a minimum of two years\’ experience in social care , including experience in supervising staff and coordinating support provision .Closing date for applications is 4pm, 28 May 2025 .
