The Office of Communications and Marketing within the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering is seeking to hire a Communications and Marketing Production Assistant. The production assistant will assist with various video, photo, and audio projects to help publicise initiatives within the college. Applicants should be undergraduate students in Visual Media Studies or a related field.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with shooting, producing, and editing promotional videos for the College of Engineering.
- Help record, edit, and produce #GINNing, the college's weekly podcast.
- Assist with content creation and production of social media content.
- Take photographs of various events, headshots, or group shots.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student at Auburn University.
- Ability to shoot video and edit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sophomore, junior, or senior in Visual Media Studies.
- Experience with shooting DSLR cameras.
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
Pay Rate: $10.00-$12.00/hour
