Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 Per Annum
Working hours: Monday - Thursday - 9am-6pm; Friday - 9am - 5pm
Duties:
- Produce Tax Return for Landlords
- Produce Landlord Statement
- Set up Landlord payment details on system
- Pay Landlords of new lets/re-lets
- Pay Landlords monthly
- Monitoring and chasing rent arrears
- Maintain a record of lettings invoices
- Maintain a record of office invoices
- Assist in answering queries from our accountants and monthly VAT return
