Location: Canary Wharf, East London

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 Per Annum

Working hours: Monday - Thursday - 9am-6pm; Friday - 9am - 5pm

Duties:

  • Produce Tax Return for Landlords
  • Produce Landlord Statement
  • Set up Landlord payment details on system
  • Pay Landlords of new lets/re-lets
  • Pay Landlords monthly
  • Monitoring and chasing rent arrears
  • Maintain a record of lettings invoices
  • Maintain a record of office invoices
  • Assist in answering queries from our accountants and monthly VAT return
